최근 ‘빛나는 청춘’이라는 콘셉트로 오픈한 비이커 성수 플래그십 스토어는 작가로서 다양한 활동을 펼치는 이광호 작가의 가구와 오브제로 채워졌는데요, 핫플레이스를 가득 채운 이광호 작가를 소개해 드려요!
낯설고 익숙한 재료에 대한 탐구와 해석으로 다양한 영역에서 활동하고 있는 이광호 작가는 2007년 전선을 손으로 뜨개질하듯 짜서 만든 ‘Knot Series’와 ‘Obsession Series’가 해외 디자인 매체에 소개되어 해외 갤러리에서 첫 개인전을 선보였어요. 그 이후 국내에서도 주목받았는데요, 해외에서 먼저 알아본 뒤 국내에 알려지게 된 다소 이례적인 일이었어요.
